भारत में पुरुष कुर्ता और पजामा पहनते हैं। कुर्ता पजामा पुरुषों की शान मानी जाती हैं।

कुर्ता या कुरता एक पारंपरिक भारतीय पोशाक है, यह एक लम्बी कमीज की तरह होता है जो घुटनों तक लंबा होता है और पजामा के साथ पहना जाता है जो या तो कुर्ते के रँग से मिलता जुलता होता है या सफेद होता है। कुरते को आम प्रयोग और खास मौकों दोनो के लिये इस्तेमाल किया जाता है हलाकि खास मौकों पर पहने जाने वाला कुर्ता आम तौर से ज्यादा फैशनेबल होते हैं।

The kurta or kurta is a traditional Indian dress, it is a long kameez that is knee-length and worn with pajamas which are either white in color or similar to the color of the kurta.  Kurtas are available in all types of materials like cotton, woolen and silk. The kurta has also been a tradition in India and neighboring countries Bangladesh and Pakistan. There are many modified forms of kurtas including sherwani, pathani suit etc. Women also use kurtas but they are commonly called by other names. ,

कुर्ता पायजामा एक पारंपरिक भारतीय पोशाक है जो भारत के पुरुषों में बहुत लोकप्रिय और पसंदीदा पोशाक है। कुर्ता पायजामा का एक अन्य रूप श्रीनगर जैसी जगहों पर अधिक प्रसिद्द पहना जाने वाला मार्गनी सूट है। यह संयोजन त्योहारों, समारोहों या परिवार के साथ शाम को भी एक पसंदीदा है। कुर्ते सूती, ऊनी और रेशमी सभी तरह के सामग्रियों में मिलते हैं।
